HYDROS® BW 90-350

 

The unit is composed by:

Pretreatment section
This section is composed of a set of polyethylene containers with active carbon and wound polypropylene cartridge with a filtration degree up to 5 micron.

Pressurization section
Composed of a positive - displacement pump and a motor (engine) 0.55 kw 230V/ 50 Hz.

Permeation section
Composed of a set of reverse osmosis spiral wound polyammide membranes housed in vessels.

Hydraulic control board
including:

  • Manometer indicating the pump operating pressure.
  • Protection pressure switches for feed water low pressure.
  • Permeate flowmeter.
  • High pressure safety valve.
  • High pressure switch.


Electric control board
composed of:

  • General switch.
  • Tension light.
  • Manual ON/OFF with light.
  • Hour counter.
  • Automatic ON/OFF with remote control.
  • Timer.
  • Ancillary controls transformer.
  • Conducivity meter indicating the permeate quality (included in models BW 200 and BW 250).
