Demineralization unit fit to treat water from network, brackish well water and liquid effluent with a salinity up to 1500 ppm

The unit is composed of :

Pretreatment section
Composed of a stainless steel filter with a set of wound polypropylene filter cartridges with a filtration degree of 5 micron.

Antiscale metering sectional
Composed of a polythylene tank cap.120 litres and metering pump.

Pressurization section
Composed of a stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pump.

Permeation section
Composed of a set of reverse osmosis spiral wound polyammide membranes 8" mod. LE (LOW ENERGY) housed in glassfibre vessels jointed by means of stainless steel pipings to high pressure section and PVC pipings to low pressure section.

Membranes cleaning section
Composed of a polyethylene tank cap. 240 litres and one stainless steel horizontal multistage pump.

Hydraulic control board
Composed of :

• Pressure gauges indicating the differential pressure on the filter.
• Pressure gauges indicating the differential pressure on the permeation section.
• Protection pressure switch with system shutdown for feed water low pressure.
• Pressure, rejecyt and recycle regulators.
• Permeate , reject and recycle flowmeters.
• Automatic flushing.

Electric control board
Composed of :

• switch with door block.
• Safety button.
• Tension light.
• Manual ON/OFF with light.
• Automatic ON/OFF with remote control.
• Hour counter.
• Conductivity meter indicating the permeate quality.
• alarms with system shutdown, light for feed water low pressure , permeate high salinity, plant thermal, cleaning pump thermal.
• Cleaning pump control.
• Metering pump control.

The main operations of the unit are controlled by a PLC SIEMENS.
