Demineralization unit fit to treat water from networks, brackish well water and liquid effluents with a salinity up to 1500 ppm

The unit is composed of:

Pretreatment section
Composed of a set of polyethylene contain- ers 20" with polyester cartridge with a filtra- tion degree up to 60 micron and wound polypropylene filter cartridges with a filtration degree up to 5 micron.

Pressurization section
Composed of a vertical multistage centrifugal pump in AISI 304.

Permeation section
Composed of a set of reverse osmosis spiral wound polyammide membranes 4" mod.LE (Low Energy) housed in stainless steel vessels jointed by means of stainless steel pipings to high pressure section and PVC pipings to low pressure section.

Hydraulic control board
Including:

• Permeate, reject and recycle flowmeters.
• Pressure, recycle and reject regulators.
• Pressure gauges indicating the differential pressure on the filters.
• Pressure gauges indicating the pump operating pressure.
• Protection pressure switch for feed water low pressure.

Electric control board
Composed of:

• Magnetothermic switch.
• Thermal protection.
• Tension light.
• Manual ON/OFF with light.
• Hour counter.
• Automatic ON/0FF with light.
• Conductivity meter indicating the permeate quality.
• Timer.
• Ancillary controls transformer.

Main operations of the units are controlled by a PLC Siemens.
